Use Your Own Two Hands
As business owners/entrepreneurs we must always be mindful of the complacency trap. That gap between where we are and where we started. We get so comfortable relying on other people or outsourcing that we forget how capable we actually are. When I worked in marketing at blue cross I managed national call centers.
The only reason I was effective at my job is because I understood all levels of the work and never forgot what it was like as a worker in the call center nor did I shy away from doing it again if needed.
Sometimes you have to put your own two hands to work just as a reminder that you can still clap. ??
